A Travel Visa Xperts appointment is a fifteen-minute slot with a consultant at one of our Bengaluru offices. You bring your documents; we check them, take them in for processing where that applies, and answer questions about the destination country’s requirements.

One person may attend on behalf of several applicants. The fee is per applicant whose documents are handled, not per person who walks in — so one representative bringing four people’s papers pays for four.

We are a visa consultancy. We prepare, check and submit applications; we do not issue visas and cannot promise an outcome. See the terms and conditions.

Every one of these is booked as the same fifteen-minute appointment and is charged at the same rate. Telling us which one you need when you book only helps us have the right consultant free.

The difference is the submission fee: documents submitted at Mahadevapura carry an additional charge per applicant. It is shown on screen before you pay, and it is paid at the centre when you hand over your documents — the payment you make online is the booking fee only.

You are told the exact total — the rate, the number of applicants and the product of the two — before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged that you have not seen written out first.

Payment is taken online at the end of the booking, by UPI. The appointment is confirmed once the payment settles, and your confirmation email arrives immediately afterwards.

Where a branch is set up to collect at the counter instead, the booking screen says so plainly and asks for nothing online — you are told the amount to bring, and you pay it at the branch against a receipt.

All fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free. Read the refunds and cancellations policy before you book.
