Either number reaches us for anything about an appointment — a booking you cannot find, a payment you are not sure went through, or a question before you book. We answer during the opening hours below.
If you are calling about an existing appointment, have the reference from your confirmation email to hand. It looks like TVX-XXXXX and it is the fastest way for us to find you.

Changing an appointment
You do not need to contact us to move or cancel an appointment. The confirmation email contains a private link that lets you do both yourself, up to the cut-off stated on the refunds and cancellations page. Use that link rather than booking a second appointment — a second booking is a second fee.
We never ask for payment over the phone
Appointment fees are paid on this website, or in person at the branch counter with a receipt. Nobody from Travel Visa Xperts will call to ask for a card number, a UPI payment, an OTP or a bank transfer. If someone does, they are not us — hang up and call us back on one of the two numbers at the top of this page.
